We provide validated mouse models for lung infection/inflammation. C57BL strain of mice was used to setup a LPS-induced lung inflammation. Neutrophil migration from blood stream to the lung was monitored by bronchal aveolar lavage (BAL). The BAL cells was counted after staining.
